I am very quickly realising why I normally use AV mode when photographing the kids. They move so quickly that I’m finding photographing them in manual a bit of task. However, I am still using manual and managing to get some results from it although I’m a bit annoyed with myself in some respects for these shots, 1. for the crazy limb chop and 2. the up the nose angle. Even so, there are things I love about these shots too, a. the lovely hair light and b. the glee on Ava’s face, it shows off her crazy personality perfectly.
