Sometimes when Iain has a meeting in Edinburgh or Glasgow (or anywhere else for that matter) we tag along to make a morning, afternoon or even a day out of it. This afternoon he had an Edinburgh meeting so we went first to the Museum of Scotland, then on to Mimi’s Bakehouse in Leith (the cake didn’t last long enough for any photographs!) and then intending to feed the swans in Holyrood park but instead getting ambused by seagulls and pigeons.
